Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Ensure the lighting units are in their original, unused condition and securely pack them in the original manufacturer packaging including all mounting hardware and wiring harnesses.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the items back to our designated warehouse facility for inspection.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement LED units within 5-7 business days.
